- Architect selection (MK Think)
- Research about current group spaces
- Identification of groups moving to Porter
- Research about the Porter buildings
November and December 2007
- Development of work environment models
- Discussion with groups about furniture plans and work environments
- Schematic design and design development
- Preparation of construction plans
January – May 2008
- Construction of Porter drive space
- Continued conversation with groups about furniture and work spaces
- Preparation for move among the groups – including training opportunities, file purging, electronic file development, etc.
June - August 2008
